Lost in my own life

Feeling so detached from the world
from life
it is as if am watching a movie
as though am a visitor in my own life

My heart frozen and my mind making all decisions
Its perhaps my frozen heart that is the problem
The soul can function well without the heart
But for it to function properly it needs a heart

Either way i will keep searching for my roots
For anything that can make me feel at home
In my own life and in this world
